Good Jobs Initiative
Good Jobs Initiative
The Good Jobs Challenge Initiative's goal is to increase employment through job readiness and skilled training programs. We offer job readiness guidance such as resume building, mock interviews, and developing soft skills. Then, we help you enroll in the various training pathways, designed to help you succeed in in-demand careers. We offer a wide range of training programs in various sectors including: Business Services, Construction, Manufacturing, Transportation and Logistics
This program is free, and you receive a $500 stipend for participating in the Good Jobs Challenge Initiative! We also aim to limit barriers for our participants such as transportation, childcare, and supplies for on-the-job. We offer gas cards for transportation, funding for childcare assistance, and funding for supplies you may need when going through the training program and gaining a job.
Yes! We offer a Clean Slate program in which we help you through the expungement process. Through this program, your criminal record is sealed from employers.
We are actively recruiting participants continuously to join the Good Jobs Challenge Initiative! To get started, fill out our intake form through this QR code or link.
